Our company provides a 2-year warranty for every type of product manufactured. You can find more detailed information about the warranty terms in this section.
To confirm the purchase date of the furniture during the warranty period, do not lose the warranty card, delivery-acceptance act, receipt, invoice, or similar documents. If documents are incomplete, the company reserves the right to refuse warranty service.
The warranty period is valid for 24 months starting from the day the furniture is sold.
The warranty service covers all parts of the furniture and every model produced by the company.
Repair time takes a maximum of 30 working days.
The time during which the furniture is under repair is not added to the warranty period.
If material defects, assembly faults (when assembled by the company's authorized assembly team), or factory defects are found during the warranty period, repairs are carried out at the company’s expense, and the item is replaced free of charge if necessary.
You can request free replacement of the furniture in the following cases:
If any part of the furniture is repaired twice within one year and the same defect reappears;
If the furniture has more than 4 different defects within 1 year;
If the furniture has more than 6 different defects during the 2-year warranty period;
If the maximum repair time (30 days) is exceeded;
If an expert confirms that the furniture is irreparable.
Defects caused by assembly by unauthorized groups;
Expiration of the warranty period;
Non-compliance with the furniture use instructions specified in this manual;
Mechanical damage after delivery;
Overloading of mechanisms;
Damage caused by natural disasters (flood, fire, accident, etc.);
Physical damage caused knowingly or unknowingly by the consumer;
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications;
Use of cleaning agents harmful to the furniture;
Damage due to incorrect use (scratches, dents, breakage, etc.).
In these cases, services are chargeable according to company rates, with defect evaluation by an expert.
After installation, carefully check the furniture. Inspect drawers, lighting systems, soft furniture mechanisms, door alignment, mechanical damages (scratches, dents, breaks, significant color differences). Mechanical damages found after delivery are not covered by warranty and are chargeable. Minor flaws in non-visible parts are acceptable.
Furniture delivery means transporting furniture from the purchase location to the customer’s specified address (loading, transport, unloading, carrying to the destination). Our company provides this service free of charge with proper equipment and personnel. It is recommended to use this service. Self-transport may void warranty coverage for resulting defects.
We recommend using our trained staff and proper equipment to install furniture according to the company’s "Furniture Delivery and Installation" instructions. Non-professional installation voids the warranty and may cause safety risks.
