Furniture exchange or return is provided under the following circumstances:
If the customer makes a mistake in choosing the size, model, or design of the furniture at the time of ordering, EMBAWOOD company reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of the furniture.
According to Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Protection of Consumer Rights," if the consumer has purchased a product of proper quality that has not been used (not installed), and its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seal, tag, as well as the product or cash receipt or other documents issued with the product are preserved, the product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
In this case, transportation and documentation costs are borne by the customer; in other cases, these costs are covered by the company.

Persons with official income can apply with an identity card, while those without official income can use interest-free credit for 12 or 18 months with a guarantor.

After placing the order, credit specialists will contact you to provide detailed information on whether credit can be granted and about monthly payments. The order will be activated only after your approval if credit is granted.

Credit approval takes a maximum of 2-3 hours, and documentation is done the next day.
When the credit is formalized, the customer does not need to visit anywhere; credit officers come to the customer’s address to complete the documentation process (signing).
