Terms of Use
This User Agreement is prepared based on the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights," the Law "On Electronic Commerce," the Law "On Personal Data," the Law "On Copyright and Related Rights," and other legislative acts. It regulates the relationship between Users and the Company regarding the purchase of products electronically via the website www.embawood.az.
1.1. Website – an internet resource located at www.embawood.az on the Internet network.
1.2. Company – “Embawood” Limited Liability Company (short name “Embawood” LLC, legal address: Baku city, Yasamal district, Basti Bagirova street, 15A, Door 1. VÖEN: 6400009481).
1.3. User – any legally capable person who accepts the terms of this Agreement and uses the website.
2.1. This User Agreement is a public offer.
2.2. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) determines the terms of Users’ use of the www.embawood.az website.
2.3. Before using the website, the User must familiarize themselves with the terms of the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the current terms or any changes made to it, they must refuse to enter the website and stop using the services. Continuing to use the website means automatic acceptance of the Agreement and compliance with the instructions and obligations for using the website services.
2.4. “Embawood” and “Madeyra” are trademarks owned exclusively by Embawood LLC. The rights to the information and materials reflected on the website belong solely to the Company.
2.5. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend, delete, or adopt a new Agreement at any time.
3.1. Registration on the website is voluntary. The Company reserves the right to request confirmation and supporting documents of the information provided by the User during registration at any time.
3.2. The User may register to gain broader access to the website resources.
3.3. The User must fill in the required information in the registration fields.
3.4. The User undertakes to keep their password confidential during registration and is responsible for actions related to its use and security, as well as for actions performed in their personal account. If there is reason to suspect unauthorized access, the User undertakes to change their password promptly.
3.5. The Company has the right, at its discretion, to restrict the User’s access to services if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.
3.6. The User must comply with the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” the Law “On Electronic Commerce,” the Law “On Personal Data,” the Law “On Copyright and Related Rights,” other legislative acts, and the requirements of this Agreement and will bear responsibility in case of non-compliance.
3.7. By using the website, the User can acquire goods that are not restricted or prohibited under civil circulation legislation.
3.8. Users can find information on product warranty terms, including transportation, delivery, exchange, return, and other rules, in the “Warranty” section of the website.
3.9. It is strictly prohibited for Users to post or provide on the website any content that violates intellectual property rights, contains slander, threats, calls for actions against society or state, offensive, inappropriate, provocative, pornographic content, damages honor and dignity or business reputation of persons, or violates the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and causes or provokes illegal behavior. In case of such violations, the Company will immediately notify law enforcement authorities.
3.10. Relations arising in connection with the use of this website, including those not regulated by this Agreement, shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
4.1. The website may use cookies and other similar technologies to store information. These files are used to facilitate the use of the website and its applications and to improve the quality of website services.
4.2. Spam is defined as mass, unauthorized, and/or unsolicited advertising, informational, promotional, or other similar emails or other communications.
5.1. In case of disputes, the Parties undertake to resolve them through negotiations. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations (out-of-court), the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
5.2. All disputes shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
5.3. The User confirms that they have read all clauses of this Agreement and fully accept them.
